The Hotel Pleasure Home Inn

日本語を話せるオーナーがいて、親切に対応してくれました。 最初に案内された部屋のエアコンが壊れていて冷風が出ませんでしたが、すぐに別の部屋を手配してくれました。 すぐに対応してくれましたし、スタッフの皆さんの雰囲気も良かったです。 部屋、館内、とても清潔感があってよかったです。

案内された部屋はとても綺麗で良い部屋だったのですが、シャワーは温水が出ませんでした。 暑い時期だったので良いのですが、寒い時期だとちょっと困るかもしれません。 エレベーターは無いので、最初5階まで汗だくになりながら重い荷物を持って上りました。 持ってくれるスタッフもいるらしいのですが、この日は5時くらいにならないと来ないとのことでした。 重い荷物のある方は注意です。

Location is really good Breakfast which was included if not the rate would be lower

The room was really worn off not sure if that I saw was mold but if so it was almost everywhere. In the top of that the smell I think combination of cigarettes mold and who knows what else. I’m not demanding person and I slept in many places but this one was really challenging (maybe I got just a room like that) however it’s how I found it.

De ligging is ideaal als vertrekpunt om de UNESCO plaatsen te bezoeken. Ook gezellige drukte in hart van Thamel. De eigenaar helpt je de verdere reis te plannen en doet de logistieke ondersteuning. Gewoon ideaal als je zonder uitgewerkt reisplan vertrekt, hij regelt alles voor jou. Dus ook prima uitvalsbasis om Nepal te bezoeken

Location..very kind and friendly staff..

The employees are very friendly and services are super . Twice for tours deoarture earlier than breakfast time , they made breakfast and kept for me . I feel at home . They can arrange all service incl tours and the boss is very kind .. All this made me feel home and this country made me love her from my heart...The more important is secury and trust are very good . Hotel breakfast met puur coffee was delicious .Sure I will vist this country...

Only warm water from shower gets a liitle bit slow ..but the boss explained clearly the reason .But login here the value is worth as the location is in a boulevaard convenience with restaurants, coffee bars, shopping ,ATM ... Love it very much .Hotel employee speak perfect English and everywhere English can not spoken
