This hotel looks very beautiful from the outside but not so good from the inside. The internet in the room doesn't work well, the TV doesn't work, the AC doesn't work, and the room is dirty. The staff is also not good, the breakfast is also not tasty

We requested to check in early and they delivered

Balcony was dirty there was a pigeon staying beside the AC. There were no hanger or chair to keep the regular clothes. Breakfast tea/coffee the waiter told us to get them from the bar downstairs whereas our room was upstairs. Hence their service was not appropriate. Also Room pictures are old anyway. They told us that they would change the room, later they didn't offer and we had to checkout the next day. So didn't bother them that much.

The breakfast and the location was fine. The room was decent at first glance and it would have been great for summer but for winter it was the worst

The AC wouldn't work properly. The blanket wasn't even enough. During winter the blanket should at least be thicker.

Location is good, Price is affordable, staffs were decent too

Need more attention in cleaning, repair and maintenance, beds have noise, internet is too slow, rooms and bathrooms need to use fresheners, Shampoo and soaps are to be chanced with the good ones.
