St.George Valsamitis

I stayed for 5 nights and I really enjoyed the experience. When I arrived, after a long journey, I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and was notified about the bus timetables which were critical for me as a solo traveller. The room had a view of the mountain and a little chapel. I felt really peaceful and connected with nature. The room was really clean, excellent service and the two owners, brother and sister, were really friendly and always willing to chat and offer you sightseeing advice. I also extended my stay for one more night. The comms via text to arrange that, whilst I was on a cruise, were really quick and I managed to stay in the same room without any hassle. I was also allowed to leave my suitcases for a few hours on my last day, to continue with the sightseeing before embarking on the ship for return. My majestic experience to Amorgos was enhanced by the great hospitality of the hosts. I will be back.

The only downside is that the hotel is located on a hill, which means going up for 5 min after a long day out can be a bit tiring, but for me it was a good exercise and I enjoyed the views from up there.

Η φασαρία που επικρατούσε σε διάφορες ώρες, είτε από τους άλλους ταξιδιώτες είτε από την υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Η ηρεμία κ η ησυχία είναι απαραίτητα στις διακοπές!

Ci ha colpito la stanza molto ampia e comoda. Silenziosa e ventilata.

Non è comodissima la salita per accedere all' hotel.
