"There are many better hotels around, near the location."

Location wise for me is good, walking distance to the must see/important temple in Khon Kaen, a nearby night market, 15 minutes to the railway station by bike, foods, 7-11 convenient store, bank, Lotus mini store.....so forth.

Beware if you bought snacks, soda and so forth, throwing in the trash bin and you will find ants, towels are old, torn and yellowish, is time to change/over-haul old towels. Lastly, I just ask for possible 1230pm check out, (if is very busy, I would understand, nevertheless the woman at the counter just pointed the 12 noon check out on their hotel placard.)
