There was nothing that we liked about this property

The room was disgusting - filthy, cobwebs/dead flies & insects everywhere, stains all over the headboard, bathroom door didn't close fully, dead fly between the pillows, insect powder along part of the skirting board, door to the room was a total mess, I could go on and on. We told the receptionist we were not prepared to stay in the room and she agreed we could cancel the booking, we left immediately. Unfortunately the hotel have refused to refund our money or respond to Bookings.com who we booked through.
