Hotel Park Residency Calicut

I likes ann the hotel facilities

They have no parking. They have mentioned as paking availabe. But i had to park around 500m away from the property in a public pa4king place. I had to give my car's key there. The amount was ₹100, but the hotel refunded it. But again it was a one way road, so it was very difficult. If it is so, they could make a valet parking.

Staff were good ,excellent service at reception good breakfast-Special Thanks to Security person ,helped me to move my car when it was stuck-Cleaning staffs where great asked few times to clean or not-Rooms where super clean

Lift was not working both days & our room was in 4th floor.We took it positively to burn some calories ,But after reaching home we had severe leg pain due to constant up and down stairs usage . So one request to management if lift is not working kindly inform the clients in advance or give some discount .Every one may not take it positively or give some vouchers like airline giving a 30% discount in next stay for troubling or a complementary dinner Otherwise everything is Ok
