Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend.

Die Klimaanlage im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht und in der Dusche waren Spuren von Schimmel

Es lag sehr ruhig gelegen, das Personal wahr sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr reichlich und von allem was dabei. Wir waren übers Wochenende dort mit zwei Kindern. Zuhause fiel uns auf das von einem Kind das Schmusetuch nicht im Koffer war, wir haben angerufen, glücklicherweise wurde es gefunden. Es wurde sich trotz Betriebsferien sehr zügig gekümmert und uns zugeschickt ☺️ Ganz großes Dankeschön dafür 👍🏼 Gerne kommen wir bei unserem nächsten Tropical Island Urlaub wieder bei Ihnen vorbei.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen 👌🏼
