Very bad stay... Un trained staff... Dirty rooms and. Wash rooms.... Not worth to stay.... Very bad experience... AC was not working... Average breakfast..... 1/10

Very bad service will never book this

I had stayed here earlier with my family before 3-4 times… based on that experience i booked it this time however it was really bad … After booking this I had called them and said I will be travelling on that day and will check in at night around 11pm so I requested I should not be having any hassle at that time so that nobody is getting disturbed… Also I said in advance arrange for a clean room since I am with my Wife and 2 year old kid… They assured everything over phone but on that day it was pathetic…. Receptionist gave me the key for room 208… when I reached in front of the door it was already kept open… Then room looked very bad and it was not clean … some kind of foul smell… I felt really bad since I had told them all in advance … So i rang receptionist and explained the situation they said sorry and they gave another room in next 3rd floor … I told them I need clean room just to sleep for a night they said ok … next room problem was Leakage from AC right on top of the bed 🙏🙏 … Again that night called receptionist he sent an intern and that guy came to the room and checked … Please note all these happening at night 11:30 … Even Kettle was broken … They apologised again and gave 3rd room which was comparatively better… But I was not happy with the service … I even called nearby Ravi’s Hotel and asked them if they have a room available just to have a peaceful sleep 🙏🙏
