SGmy room was room 12, which had an unblocked view of mount Kinabalu. The room was spacious, and had netflix, google play, and youtube in the tv system. My bed was also clean and spacious as I was staying alone. The toilet is also very clean and thankfully, the heater worked well for me. The powerpoints were sufficient and available on both sides of the bed, and the tv console side. There were also 3 hooks on a wall which was helpful as I could hang my things without using up the cupboard space. I had a good experience all in all.
i was not sure where the ironing board was, but at least I was able to iron my scarf on my bed.

CHWhat a nice idea to spend a few days in a fresh and calm place like Kundasang. Suang Noh homestay is a great place to stay for those looking for a simple and authentic experience. It can be reached by car or by hitchhike with local people. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you can even find a TV and a fan. They also offer a beautiful view of Mount Kinabalu (from your bed), which is definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Guests can use the shared kitchen and the water dispenser with both hot and cold water. Overall, we had a very good experience. The local people were welcoming, helpful, and caring, which made the stay feel warm and genuine, even if the facilities remain simple.
The soundproofing isn't great, and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms, but it was fine with earplugs.

MYI stayed in room 11, and it was worth it. The mount Kinabalu view can see from the room balcony. They also have kitchen, water dispenser (hot/cold), tv with netflix youtube and all. The place is clean, just tiny problem - the water heater. But the staff was so nice to lend me other empty room to use the bathroom. I might come again and book this place.
