MYThe hotel was great! Even though it's located quite high up in the highlands, small cars like Axia can still reach it. The hotel has lots of parking spaces and it has a restaurant too which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the necessities — iron, ironing board, prayer mat, kettle, tea, and everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. They also provided complimentary breakfast which was nice. One thing I definitely appreciate was the view. I booked a room with the mountain view and it was definitely worth it. When I opened the curtains in the morning, Gunung Kinabalu was there standing proudly right in front of me. It was a magnificent sight! As for the staffs, they were all very kind and hospitable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here. Definitely recommended!
