"Una Antigua Elegancia"

La verdad no se si arrende la suite presidencial pero la pieza era enorme en comparación a otras. Elegante, limpio, todo perfecto. Hasta una terraza que parecía patio de unos 25 mts2, el desayuno es fabuloso, se come hasta decir basta, la atención es un lujo, es un edificio muy antiguo, como la Historia de esa Región, pero una elegancia del siglo XV.

En la habitación que me tocó, el colchón muy blando y se veia como viejo, ya muy usado. La puerta del baño con bastante material despostillado.

La atención del personal

Falta de limpieza. Horrible el balcón....desde que llegamos había un toallon que nunca sacaron, por lo tanto nunca limpiaron.

Por lejos la amabilidad de TODO el personal, sus instalaciones impecables, su restaurant con comidas exquisitas. A dos cuadras del centro de la serena. Al frente del parque japonés. Todo excelente.

"Hotel con buena ubicación"

La ubicación es excelente, y la atención del personal también. Me encantó que las ventanas las cerrabas y no se escuchaba nada, se podia dormir super bien, aunque mi habitación daba para la calle pedro Pablo, donde pasan bastantes autos. Desayuno muy bueno.

Fui en febrero, y la piscina no estuvo disponible.. Me parece pésimo para ser verano. Las áreas verdes muy descuidadas. El costo del agua igual muy caro, teniendo en cuenta que el Habitaciones no dejan agua de cortesía. Habitación justa en tamaño para 2 personas y no había aire acondicionado.
