The location

The advertise hot tub was not working my room was not even clean it wasn't vacuumed I looked under the bed and there was a pair of dirty men socks under the bed I wasn't compensated I stayed there for three nights and my towels did not smell good and they had somebody else's not on them I got my child's replaced and again it was not a clean towel I luckily I brought my own towels from home. I thought that this is going to be a nice hotel I seen some reviews but actually staying there myself just seems like the stuff was not very courteous or customer service oriented and they just seem to have no personalities at all the customer service needs 100% to be the focus of this hotel and maybe would have been better and I wouldn't have mine the dirty socks under the bed but they could have least compensated me or came and offered to clean up the room or offered me another room none of that happened I really like giving good reviews but when it's a bad review and it's bad customer service I need to let the public know the truth thank you hopefully you could turn it around make the business better and do what's right for the customer

The property is a step back in time, vintagey, and nostalgic but pristinely clean and lovely staff. Cool memorabilia to check out. Awesome views of the mountains in the front. Great location as well!

They were painting (which is nice because it is well maintained) but the smell was pretty bad. They did accommodate a room move because of it though. It is a little spooky, so pull on the big girl panties if you stay here!

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, central an der Hauptstraße in Lonepine. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und recht gemütlich. Es gibt einen Pool und Whirlpool.

Die Heizung bzw in unserem Fall die Klima ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie ist eben echt original alt und lässt sich nicht regeln. Bei uns pustete sie nachts sehr kühl. Da sie nicht bedienbar ist, half ein Handtuch vorm Gitter😉
