Great staff and location

The city tax I had to pay when checking in I didn't know this existed. Was only couple of pound like not the end of the world.

I've stayed at Liverpool Z hotel many times. Very friendly helpful staff, nice rooms and reception. Also a good breakfast. The location is good as well.

The staff were incredible and so friendly. Nothing was too much

The other guests as one night someone was banging and shouting on my floor at 3am. Luckily staff came up and dealt with it.
