Every is bad except the staff

Staff were very helpful with my luggage, which I really appreciated as my room was on the top floor and the stairs were quite narrow. They were also able to accommodate my dairy-free breakfast request, which I was very happy with. The location was great too — right next to Liverpool FC. I also loved the main entrance area, especially the Liverpool FC shirts, photos, and trophies on display.

The room was very small, and there were no curtains — only blinds — so light came in despite my efforts to close them. The bathroom was also tiny, with a small sink that made it difficult for adults to use comfortably. The bedroom itself felt quite plain, it would be nice if it paid more homage to Liverpool FC with some photos or decor to match the theme. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit. Lastly, I did hear some shouting from staff in the morning, including profanity, while I was in my room taking an online meeting before checking out, which was disappointing.

No great choice

Very limited breakfast option also got back from the city around 21.30 and was told by staffsorry bar closing and hotel being locked up I thought that was poor
