Elsinore Hotel Llandudno

This hotel has the perfect location right next to the lladudno beach it’s got a nice beachfront

The main issue was no lifts and endless staircase to get to the rooms it’s not wheelchair accessible and the main entrance patio needs a good clean and renovation the longer area needs it and then whole of the lobby area is outdated staff are very arrogant and unhelpful the only thing good about is the location and the semi decent rooms

Small room.

Many may disagree with my review, it is an old building which needs repairing but I feel the owners are doing their best as a small business, the room/ hotel was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was very good and filling. The price was the best I saw for my limited budget and to go the extra mile to provide breakfast for such an additional small fee was great. I did n't need to trawl the shops looking for a good breakfast place the hotel provided one. The staff both the waitress and reception staff were polite and professional. We can always find things to complain about but I refused as it met the needs of many people who are on a tight budget. I also enjoy the area of Llandudno so over all I give it 10 out of 10 for all their effort. If you can afford posh then I am happy for you but I am also happy for this hotel who caters well for those who can not afford excess prices for posher places. Con: parking, is not a fault of the hotel, parking is an issues as its the promenard area but if you arrive at 4pm and get a parking spot you don't pay until 10ish am the next day so that was a bonus. The clientel I was seeing at the hotel presented very happy and contented I did not hear nor see any one fussing about anything which was really great made the stay even better. I felt like me, they were grateful for the effort and priceing

Nothing wrong

Room was well equipped for the size and price was lowest in Llandudno. The staff facilitated my requests and were kind and attentive. Beds were comfy.

Room was very dirty and shower had lots of mould. In the morning i noticed water leaking down the edge of the ceiling in the shower and down the wall of the bathroom which seemed to be coming from the room above. The room i stayed in was also quite noisy due to a huge air conditioning system opposite the hotel so it was hard to sleep without ear plugs.

Litter on the porch, woman slumped over on porch table, unkempt front garden, shabby overall. Basic breakfast, no bacon, no sausages. Food Hygeine Rating 3, was 1 til recently.
