Very welcoming staff

Property could do with some TLC regarding decoration paint was peeling off the ceiling in places paintwork was showing signs of looking tatty with ingrained dirt/stains in places

Room was large Bed comfortable clean room Friendly staff Good breakfast Tea/coffee Kettle in room. Not to noisy Walking distance of station, venue Great.

Would have liked cereal to be offered for breakfast, Pillows need an upgrade very lumpy.

Warmth of the room (AC controls). Next to maidstone Town centre and local shops and restaurants. Staff obliging and facilitated our request for a bucket of ice and wine 🍷 glasses to bring to our room. Lovely breakfast and good choice of menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. Communal toilets clean.

Door handle to room came off a few times when accidentally turned in an effort to unlock/pull the door open. Outside of building could do with a paint job. I am not sure if the building is advertised as disabled friendly but I could see challenges especially as all bedrooms are upstairs without a lift.
