The staff was nice and the pick up from the airport was efficient

It was incredibly noisy—sleep was impossible. We were originally given a room facing the street, but after we raised concerns, a staff member informed us there was ongoing construction and offered us an “upgrade” to avoid the noise. Unfortunately, the new room was much worse. It was extremely small—we could barely fit our bags—and it faced the corridor, meaning the noise was unbearable. There was no door stopper, so doors were constantly slamming, waking us up in a panic throughout the night. We could hear every conversation in the hallway, as well as people walking and cleaning. It was impossible to get any rest. The room itself was also very disappointing: the bed and bathroom were tiny, there was no air conditioning in the bathroom, and the “upgrade” room faced another building, so there was barely any natural light. To make matters worse, the TV wasn’t working. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay

the staff provided excellent services from booking, airport pickup, check in, breakfast and airport drop off

the value for money considering the room rate and room quality

We stayed here as a stopover to the airport. The staff were great, facilitating collection and drop off at the airport. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We used the Resturant and it was nice.

Some construction going on outside at the time but out of the hotels control.
