Alles Tipptopp, Gastgeber und seine Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und viel Herzblut arrangiert.

A estrutura do hotel (apartamento, ambiente para o café da manhã, estacionamento) é muito boa. O café da manhã é muito, farto e variado. A pessoa que nos recebeu, o Massimo, é muito educado, atencioso e prestativo. Apesar de não ficar às margens do Lago, o acesso a ele a pé é bem fácil, podendo ir até ao castelo com 15-20 minutos de caminhada (melhor que ir de carro, porque não vimos vagas gratuitas pra estacionar - só vimos vagas na rua com parquímetro).

So schön, Personal total sympathisch, Frühstück super, die große Terrasse im ersten Stock war mega. Würde wieder kommen.
