Staff were friendly and the location was great. They were very accomdating In their flexibility to organise a family room that worked for all 4 of us.

When comparing the service to other riads ive stayed in whilst the staff were friendly and welcoming, we didn't get the proactive service I've received at other riads,, for example, mint tea offered on arrival, or proactive arrangements for taxi service to the airport etc

An oasis in the casbah run by very kind people. Great breakfast, a lovely cold pool in the inner garden and a great terrace to relax in the evening. The inside is fresh even when outside is hot, and bedrooms have a/c

It's a great place

We had an excellent 5 night stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable and Mohammed and the team extremely helpful and provided a lot of useful information in reply to our questions.

Cozy little hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!

Amenities are not of a 5 star hotel: quite dated sometimes, very cheap soap/shampoo; no water bottle in the room; only one big towel

The breakfast is always fresh and well served. The location is the best and the staff very kind and caring.

A lovely oasis in the bustling kasbah. Everyone is chilled and helpful as you are supposed to be in the desert! We particularly loved breakfast, the chilled swimming pool, and the rooftop in the evening. Special thanks to Amin.

There's nothing to dislike. Be aware that the last 2-300m to the riad are in narrow alleys not accessible by car.

The staff was friendly and ended up getting me a place to hangout and take meetings before my flight.

I think that most of the disappointment comes from the fact that it's NOT a 5-STAR hotel. It meets 3-star rating, but not more than that. Wi-fi was poor, room was small, no 24 hour reception etc.
