Location is in the main street of Mariental, easy to find. Breakfast was good although not a variety to choose from. I met the owner's wife, who was very friendly and offered to steam our clothes for the wedding ceremony the afternoon. Their shop Opgedollie on the premises are something for the women not to miss!

Breakfast was just the basic toast, eggs, bacon and joghurt.

The gate was closed and secured with a padlock and chain - we did not observe any personnel who monitored the area during the night. During the night several individuals have also been calling from outside the gate whenever they observed movement in the courtyard. This raised a concern about security.
