The location was ideal

Towels where not all clean and had a stain, there were no bed side charging or wall circuits to work from and aircon was not cooling as expected

I made the booking on 23/01/2024, upon arrival , I didn't find anyone at reception. Went through and found people sitting at BAR but not drinking, I then asked for assistance and the lady replied "JA EK SAL JULLE MAAR HELP". My cousin noticed a attitude from her, but I ignored it. When I asked for the WiFi code , I was then answered the room located for us have poor WiFi signal. At that point I cancelled the room, but were not offered another room, ALMOST A ATTITUDE OF IF YOU DON'T WANT THEN YOU CAN LEAVE. It is also the HOTEL that promised WiFi on their procure and not adequately train their staff. From where we went seeking other accommodation.

One of the staff members who checked us in, she was not helpful at all, instead of explaining nicely so that we fully understood, she just told us to l book somewhere else, when we asked her to speak to a manager she told us that she is the manager, and she can not help us, if we don’t agree with her we must find somewhere to stay, if she continues treating customers like the way she treated us, I’m afraid they will lose customers, I strongly NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL😫

Great breakfast, decent sized room, good shower. Characterful ambience to the place as well. Secure parking right outside the room.

Wi-fi was non-existent, connected but then fell over every time. No bulb in bedside lamp.

Very nice inside the Hotel, and staff was pleasant. They did prepare a Breakfast package for us to take. Thank you.

Did battle with WiFi, and the wooden beds made a lot of noise.
