Hotel Laxmi Cityside

Location is amazing, worth the money and the breakfast is just perfect. Loved the stay here, and this was my second time staying here.

The extra bed provided was a thin mattress only - could have been a better quality and thicker mattress.

Nothing!! Worst stay in 8 years of traveling!!! Go to a hostel it will be much better than this place!

Where do I start! On arrival we entered the room the floor towel was wet and dirty after seeing only one towel in the room I went and took the floor towel to the cleaners room, I asked for 2 towels as there's two people staying in the room they didn't want to give a extra one but eventually did. I then asked for a new floor towel he asked my room number took the towel of me walked down to my room as I opened the door he replied "this okay" and just threw it in a ball on the floor and walked off!!! I was in shock. We then both bought a meal from the resturant. When it came I'm not joking when I say this we both took one bite (diffrent meals) phoned the resturant and asked them to pick it up its unbelievable! Worst food I've ever had in my life I had the poos for the next 4 days! We thought the bad luck would end there but ohh God its just getting started the rooms that small we had to put our luggage on top of the wardrobe for space as I put them up there the full room filled with dust...I gritted my teeth and thought tomorrow will be diffrent go to sleep. Ohh but we couldent could we there's a phone for the staff on the first floor it rings every 3/5 mins all day until 3am was the latest one night it echos threw the room getting slowly mad I still tried to keep my cool. You wouldn't think anything els could go wrong its now 9am at night the cleaners are just about to start the nightly round moving beds scrapping them across the tiled floors banging doors shouting to one another mop buckets banging and clattering again the latest I heard this going on for until I was to tired to stay awake any more was 3am!!!! Now on to the next day we went out for the day and got the cleaners to clean the room there's no toilet paper as usual and your not getting any! The 1 towel we was back to had holes in it! The shower knob fell on the floor the phones still ringing constant!
