This was a simple place in the centre of town, all basics met. Most courteous staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Nothing in particular

Room was clean and compact. Bathroom was perfect and had exactly what was needed. Location is in the heart of the city close to City Center Mall.

Only one chair in the room. Probably could do with an extra chair.

Room is very small. Bed is not good pillows are not good. Service okay very high rate for that room.

Decent breakfast. Centrally located

Rooms are the size of a nest and not worth 6200 per night. I had change in plans and wanted to checkout a day earlier than planned(24th Dec instead of 25th Dec). This was informed the day i checked in on the 21st December. I started the cancellation process immediately as booking.com did not allow change of dates. For waiver of cancellation process i had to repeatedly follow up with the staff until 23rd evening before i checked out. Not very quick in their follow up. I kept getting emails from booking.com saying property is not responding. Finally i did get a waiver of the entire days cancellation fee. I ended up paying only a small fee. But constant follow up could have been avoided.

Hospitality of the staff and receptionist Miss.Diana was nice.

Unfortunately the entrance to the property is very narrow and sharing the space with other firm.But still it's manageable with small cars.
