Hotel Laxmi Cityside

We didn't like anything. Very bad experience.

Bedsheets, pillows, pillow covers, towels all torn, very dirty and old. Air-conditioning control was not working. Very poor housekeeping.

Excellent location in the centre of Mangalore good shower.

Poor breakfast and room smelled of smoke. Walls a bit mouldy too. Staff never told us they didn’t take international cards, even though on booking.com said “we accept all cards”, so bring cash.

Good locationI along with my family drove to this Hotel from Kochi. The location of this hotel is fantastic, it is just walking distance from the City Center. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean. We got good and safe parking.

Nothing Worst Hotel I ever stayed , Asked for all 12k amount at the time of check-in, which I told them to take a half of the amount , I was about to shift to another hotel but due to my mother's ill Health I couldn't , Hidden charges and fines are there , All the staffs are instructed to look for damages , I paid Towel dirt of 700 rupees , which is obnoxious, The owner seem to be some goon I assume , Receptionist are rude and put pressure on to you to pay all the charges at the time of Check-in , TV is controlled by Receptionist as Subscribed channel never came , despite of call then and asking them , they showed up and left without resolving it Water , a human body needs 4-5 लीटर of water every day , they give half लीटर water bottle to each person complimentary which they don't mention at the time of booking , locals ( Kannada and Kerala people are less likely to get harassed) , only people who don't understand the language , being treated coldly and audaciously, I requested for checked out at 11 pm as my mother had a medical condition, but while booking it came 11 am , which they only infomred me Hidden point - on the day of check out , they don't provide water bottle to the customers , Room Service is Worst Hotel owner has outsourced the kitchen and Cafe to a separate person , so both are different , You don't get Kettle in your room with any kind of tea bags or milk sachets However, after asking they provided a malfunctioned one Tea and Bf is available after 7:30am If you have some work at 7 , you get up 6 , and don't get the tea neither hot water Kettle I request Booking com to randomly check the facilities and amenities they are assuring at the time of your deal anf they aren't delivering it Everytime I felt that I am staying there by risking my life and without paying the amount , the teat you like that They have trained all their staff like that , toxic and ill mannerd Rooms were conjusted

I didn't like anything at all , I was being nice to them before later when they started putting unnecessary demands I had to be little firm from my end
