Las piscinas

La habitación no era como en la foto (era mucho más pequeña), y habían cucarachas cerca de la piscina (una voló hacia una chica el domingo 29 que estuve ahí hospedado)

HOTEL MUY CONFORTABLE, PERSONAL MUY ATENTO, LO RECOMIENDO PARA QUE SE HOSPEDEN, YA QUE CUMPLE CON LAS EXPECTATIVAS Y CON EL PAGO POR LA HABITACIÓN.

DEBERÍAN PONER MAS MESAS Y SILLAS EN EL ÁREA DE LA PISCINA.

The neighbourhood

1, The cleaning lady on the 3rd floor was absolutely rude. She asked me to bring back some of the dirty dishes... She is lazy and never cleaned my rooms properly. 2, The Turco was out of service for 3 weeks. The toilets plug up sometimes and during the day there is no hot water. 3, The lady at the check in told us once there is no room available when we showed up after midnight, even we had a reservation. She didn't apologise when she found out that it was her mistake. 4, The staff at check in is absolutely useless, they never helped me to solve my problem when I could not make a reservation with booking. Except for Christian he was friendly. Even the admin is rude.
