"Excellent place with spa facilities - would recommend"

We were welcomed by Hussain who provided excellent customer service, trouble-free check in even though we arrived at 2am via rental car - the security opened up the car park for us and showed us to our apartment.

Maybe an electric kettle in the room with coffee and tea would be nice.

The host was nice and the breakfast was good

It was not clean, the toilette was Dirty, in the bathtub there was hair of other guests. The room was cold, we had to wait to take a warm shower, the AC wasn’t fonctionnel even though we checked in late at night

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! L’ambiente datato ma curato e pulito. Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. E poi, il parcheggio sicuro per le moto è stato un vero toccasana!

В этом отеле есть фитнес центр, очень большой и полноценный. Есть хамам из-за которого я и выбрал этот отель, но к сожалению не удалось им воспользоваться, поскольку он работает с 14 до 20. Завтрак бал особенно хорош. Пожалуй лучший за неделю моего автопутешествия

Ну собственно короткое время работы бассейна и хамама.

Lage ist in einem Außenbezirk von Marrakesch. Mark am Abend ist interessant.

Bei Ankunft 30min Wartezeit, obwohl wir angekündigt waren, Wechselgeld kam nur auf Rückfrage, Unterkunft ist in einem Fitnessstudio-Komplex, Hammam nur gegen Aufpreis, Zimmer "abgewohnt", nicht richtig sauber, vor allem am Pool sanitäre Einrichtungen sehr schmutzig, zum Frühstück nur 1 Tasse Kaffee, zweite hätte man bezahlen müssen

"Vacanza davvero rilassante"

La struttura è molto bella e il centro sportivo molto grande. Le camere sono molto carine, forse necessitano di manutenzione. Lo staff disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La colazione è molto ricca. Parcheggio privato sempre accessibile e comodo.

La porta finestra che da sul balcone è rotta e non ha la chiave quindi è stato appoggiato un tavolino davanti per far sì che non si aprisse. Essendo però a piano terra, dovrebbe essere sistemato. Chiunque può aprire ed entrare e quel posto è frequentato da tante persone che sono clienti del centro sportivo.
