The staff is amazing, very helpful! If you have any problems they're gonna be there for you, the room was great

The shower was cold but the staff brought us some hot water to shower with, wich was really nice of them

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, tours, clothes washing, taxi’s etc. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows. Andres is so kind and offers lots of suggestions about the area, he checked in on us and was like a friend during our stay. The hotel is situated in a mechanical area which seems odd and almost off putting, however, it is very close to the city centre and tours and wasn’t an issue whatsoever.

The shower wasn’t warm but it was warm during our stay so it wasn’t an issue and we did not feel the need to report it.

i have to start by saying thank you at the staff. They are so nice and always here to help you. They give us some recommandations and always available to laugh. They could offer laundry service, breakfast and other services just ask. Incredible value for money. just near the metro station. Don’t take care of the car garages around the hotel. the place is really safe and peaceful.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is situated more with locals (which I personally love).

For a female solo traveler, the hotel was situated in the middle of multiple car garages. I was ok with this but some female travellers may find this a little intimidating. I had no trouble at all though and all the workers were very polite ☺️

We liked the staff and the price and room was super clean and comfortable as in the bed !

The area took a bit of getting used to but eventually we loved it was a great location to walk into town ! One downside was no hot water but we got used to that as well
