La ubicación por estar al frente de la estación del Metro Suramérica y por estar ubicado en una parte estratégica de Medellín.

El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, pero la habitación a pesar de ser aseada puede tener unos retoques en la obra blanca (se veían detalles por la humedad).
