Breakfast. Hot water. WiFi. Near the stadium. D1 and Ara groceries 1 minute away.

Noise. Walls are thin. Outside, bars have loud music until 2 am. No way to have hot water for tea or instant coffee except if asked to the receptionists (very kind, by the way)
