It was near many different restaurants and a reasonable distance from their city’s rail system. The on-site restaurants were great. They had one that focused on clean eating.

At night it was a little noisy, barking dogs and could hear people speaking loudly. There was also two miscommunications with the front desk.

Wirklich schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gibt eine coole Roof-Top Bar mit wirklich toller Aussicht. Die Gegend ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Medellin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. :)

Zimmer wirklich zu klein. Zumindest unsere Kategorie . Dafür zu viele Dinge auf dem Zimmer. Nicht alles durchdacht. Poolsrea wirkte etwas lieblos

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Landmark Hotel in Medellín. From the moment we arrived, everything felt modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. A special thank you to the outstanding staff - Levelis, Edwin, and Julian - who truly made our experience exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. The Smash Restaurant offers an excellent selection of healthy and delicious options. Every meal felt fresh, high-quality, and well-prepared. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of choices. We particularly loved the avo bagels, and there was always a great selection of fresh exotic fruits. On top of that, they served freshly pressed juice and even a proper cappuccino - such a great way to start the day. The hotel facilities are just as impressive: a well-equipped gym, the convenience of free laundry, and a beautiful rooftop with a pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Everything feels modern, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel creates an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

As a small point for improvement, we found the bed slightly uncomfortable. It would be great to have an additional softer pillow available, as the ones provided were a bit too firm for our preference. Also, there was a noticeable scent of air freshener in the room at first. However, after we mentioned it, the staff responded immediately and were extremely helpful. We were able to identify that a decorative blanket carried the strong scent, and once it was removed, everything was perfectly fine. Overall, this hotel creates an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

The bathroom door didn’t close so all the floor kept getting wet.

The staff especially the day manager. She did everything to make my birthday celebration special

My room was to small, the hot water in the shower kept flipping to cold water
