Hotel, bonito, cómodo y limpio. Personal muy amable y eficiente. Ubicación excelente para el motivo de mi viaje (Hospital ISSSTE de Torreón). La cocina bastante buena aunque poca variedad. Esta a pie de carretera, pero el ruido no es un problema.

El desayuno lo sirven a las 7 AM, un poco tarde para quienes vamos de trabajo

Habitación limpia y camas cómodas

Pésimo shampoo, jabón corporal y de manos líquido, no hacen espuma, tienes que utilizar mucho para su función de limpieza. Restaurant lleno a la hora del almuerzo, no hay mesas y los meseros insuficientes para atender la demanda de los comensales
