The location was pretty good staff were nice and helpful

The heating was a bit on the weak side although bedroom heating was ok but one of the kids did burn his leg on one of the heaters ! Room was pretty clean but could have been a little bit better. Not complaining but you did ask!!

I enjoyed the space. 3 spacious bedrooms. Central location close to all public transport and CBD.

26th floor was a little high for us

The lounge room was very specious, lots of space on the couches for our group of 5. Shower pressure was incredible! Easy transaction with the host, good parking spot, throw rugs on the beds was a lovely bonus. Towels were great a size too!

The single roll away beds were a little lumpy/springy and one of the queen beds was quite firm, while I don't mind a firm bed, another of our guests has a little trouble sleeping snd getting comfortable.

The location was amazing!! So close to the Crown, city and the trams. Having a supermarket, cafe and takeaway/bar all within like 10meteres of the door was incredibly convenient especially travelling with kids. With the apartment, the layout and facilities of the apartment were great! There was enough space for everyone.

The apartments could have been a bit cleaner and maybe decor looked after a bit better. For example, there was a dead plant in the lounge room and the shower caddy was a bit rusted and held up by plastic hooks. Our washing machine and WIFI didn't work and we didn't have a broom. Even though we booked 2 units under the same booking, we were put in different buildings for some reason so next time I'd ask to be put at least in the same building. It was nothing that impacted our stay greatly but just little things that would have made it nicer.
