The location was great, and good sized accommodation

The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, when washed them the dishwasher leaked so we hand washed all the dishes (which wasn't ours) range hood didn't work, shower heads were broken, washing machine stained clothes. Dryer lint filter was dirty.

Ideal location close to everything. We parked our car on arrival and never moved it for a week.

Not a complaint but next time I’d love a higher apartment floor. We love the views from the balcony.

On paper, this hotel had it all: spacious room, good location, and a pool available.

Unfortunately, in our opinion, this hotel is to be avoided. Once the reservation has been made, additional conditions appear, such as late check-in, which is not available and costs extra, but the amount is not specified. Parking is not included in the total amount. You have to add another $20 per day. After booking, a new line appears on the offer explaining that the pool / wellness / gym area is not available. The price, however, remains unchanged. Finally, reservations cannot be cancelled. That's all very well written on Booking, but you'd expect to be able to cancel, even with a fee, when you're in hospital and have documents to prove it? A cancellation (which, again, de would have accepted with charges) for medical reasons does not seem to be abusive. But the hotel's response was clear: NO. To compensate, I tried as best I could to change the dates of my reservation to ANY weekend in 2025, and again, what a surprise, nothing worked as if the booking was blocked. On the phone, I'm told I can't change the dates and that I have to do it directly on the site, even though I've just explained that it doesn't work. And of course, to top it all off, the people on the other end of the line are as unpleasant as can be. In the end, everything is done to ensure that the reservation is lost.

Difficulty from getting from one floor to another with the group being so split by floors. Lack of supplies, cloths, rubbish bags, toilet rolls. Drapes leave alot to be desired. Room light wasn't blocked from days sunlight. No iron or ironing board.

Communication about location of building and room not clean enough and shower hose broken difficult to shower no one come to fix it

Location. Good price for 2 bedroom, excellent parking for bigger cars.
