La atención de quien estaba cuando llegue a las 5 pm

Cuando llegué, estaban cocinando y todo el hotel olía a ajo. La habitación es muy oscura, no tenía nada de luz natural. Tenía una ventana que estaba abierta porque es tipo persiana y daba contra las ventanas de otras habitaciones. Llegue a media noche a dormir y hablando con mi pareja en un tono moderado en la habitación, a lo que la recepcionista me escribió por WhatsApp: "Buenas noches señora Porfavor para q reduzca el tono de voz ya q a partir de las 10 empieza la hora de silencio, hay personas acá descansando." Cuando me llegó ese mensaje ya estábamos durmiendo. No sentí privacidad y tampoco la comodidad como para meterme a la piscina. El ventilador hacia mucho ruido y no se podía dejar en una sola dirección

Me cobraron mas de lo q decía en la aplicación Personas fumando en el pasillo El personal con mala actitud abren la puerta Personal descortés La señora del aseo le toca ayudar a atender a los huéspedes por q la persona de la recepción se la pasa en el celular y la señora del aseo es la de la cocina también No volveré allí
