The Morecambe Hotel

Comfortable bed, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. We arrived early and secured a parking spot which was a bonus. Having arrived early we were allowed access to the room for which we thank the staff.

Sorry to say we didn't find the breakfast as good as was expected considering the reviews we saw on line. We had dinner and that too was disappointing, nobody came back to ask if everything was okay! and neither were we asked if there were any allergies which is a must these days. The carpet in the bedroom along with the soft furnishings re: matching bed cover and cushions were in need of a good clean as was the carpeted stairs leading to the bedrooms, however the bedding itself was clean and nicely pressed.

Good location, lovely atmosphere in the bar, the room was excellent and clean. The staff were brilliant, Wendy was great as soon as we arrived. The beer garden had full sun which was lovely to sit in. Lovely place.

Mattress was old and soft, I had a terrible back ache when I woke up Pillows were old and need replacing

The room was very comfortable with a brilliant shower. Breakfast was excellent and the whole stay was excellent. The car park was a nice surprise.

Easy off road private parking opposite hotel. Clean and comfortable room with all facilities. Plenty of hot water for shower and bath. Breakfast was good and well presented. Although it was an older hotel building it has been tastefully decorated and had charm and character. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet at night. Good location for walking into Morecambe.

A minor point but, walking through the bar/lounge to access the rooms wasn't ideal. A seperate entrance would have been nice.

Very clean and comfortable. Food was good.

No parking on site and as a disabled person no lift.
