The Morecambe Hotel

Good for a short stop, car park over road. Short walk to coast.

Asked at check out for invoice and couldnt be done till later in day, contacted three more times after leaving over a few days and still no invoice. Staff feel like they are going through the motions and not motivated.

Lovely little hotel, old coaching Inn, very well modernised, superb rooms. Has a carpark. Welcoming staff.

Fabulous , lovely hotel, very clean, lovely room, lovely staff, English breakfast was excellent, only had one evening meal, that was excellent as well

Nothing to dislike

The location was perfect and the rooms comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with lovely toiletries and the staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, I could not fault my eggs Benedict. There was an issue with our sash window closing in our room and it was rectified straight away. The evening meal was lovely too.

We booked two rooms and were given a double and king size. As our husbands are both tall men we would have preferred two king rooms. We couldn’t find the car park when we arrived and some of the reviews mentioned they’d had to park in a pay and display. We rang the hotel and a lovely lady ran out and directed us up the road and on the other side of the road.
