L’accueil et la gentillesse de Maïté , le charme du lieu , son emplacement au coeur de Ciutadella , la propreté. Sac de plage et parasols à disposition. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux .

Établissement très agréable et bien placé Mention spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux et sympathique ainsi que le sérieux de Maité.

Lovely friendly and professional welcome from Maite - who also messaged us directly to say we could have an early check-in ... which was much appreciated. The hotel is located in a small, old town street so parking is a challenge. On the other hand, this location means it is perfect for walking in the the center and for the visiting the port restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a lovely experience - all fresh local products with fantastic coffee. Our room was on the top floor and had the private terrace, which was a lovely place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing / walking. Maite also provided us with lots of info on local places to visit as well as multiple restaurant recommendations.

Everything was perfect, but you need to remember this is a small boutique hotel so it doesn't have the same range of facilities / services as larger establishments.

Everything about the property was excellent. Nice, clean, modern and very helpful and friendly staff.

The car parking was quite far away but managable.

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Ca S'Arader, everything was as explained on the website, and even better. The room is very generous in size, the terrace is a little gem and the breakfast excellent. The hosts were careful but at the same time able to respect our privacy.

The breakfast was outstanding - Pedro treated us to home made goodies and being a small bnb everything was so personal with a special touch
