1. Unacceptable room conditions My family—travelling on an earlier flight—reached the hotel ahead of me on 04 ap0ril 202 They immediately reported that the allocated room was in deplorable condition: Exposed electrical wiring poses a clear life‑safety hazard. Unsanitary floors, walls and linens. Strong odours and visible dirt throughout the room and corridors. I have attached photographic evidence taken on arrival clearly showing these issues. 2. Security concerns Beyond cleanliness, the premises appeared fundamentally insecure. Door locks were loose, common areas were poorly lit, and unauthorised individuals were observed loitering near guest rooms. As we were travelling with children, this was unacceptable. 3. No actual check‑in took place Because of the above hazards, my family waited in reception for my arrival rather than occupying the room. Once I inspected the conditions myself, we informed the front‑desk staff that we would not be staying and promptly secured alternative accommodation nearby. At no point did we take possession of the room or utilise hotel facilities—therefore a check‑in, in the legal sense, never occurred. 4. Rude treatment and wrongful charge Despite calmly explaining the situation, your staff responded rudely and insisted on a ₹2,000 payment before allowing us to leave, claiming it was a “check‑in fee.” Under duress and with young children present, we paid the amount simply to end the confrontation. 5. Request for full refund and written apology Given that the product sold (a safe, clean room) was not provided, and that we did not stay even one minute in the room, I request: Immediate refund of ₹2,000 to the original form of payment. Written confirmation that the booking has been cancelled without penalty. A formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused to my family. Please confirm within seven (7) calendar days—that is, by [date +7]—that the refund is being processed. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I

"Very bad experience."

Property is in very bad shape.. everything was broken from ac to bathroom taps. Food is very average. Room was filled with pungent smell. No hotel parking available. They made me park on street saying it’s completely safe but I got issued a fine by Delhi police for parking there. Do not recommend this stay.
