Hotel zur Küferschenke

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, der Eigentümer selbst empfängt einen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken, da wir ab mittags auf einer Veranstaltung waren. Das war super. Frühstück gab es im Innenhof unterm Schirm. Ja, frische Luft tut gut :-) Zum Frühstück gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Marmelade leider in Einzelportionen. Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Gekochte Eier. Keine Frage, ob etwas anderes gewünscht ist. Das Hotel an sich ist alt, aber für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.

Ordnung in den Gasträumen (wir waren nur im Hof, der eigentliche Gastraum wirkte unaufgeräumt).

WiFi was Terrible. Water was Luke warm

I have reserved for a friend a single room for 75 Euro. She had to pay 100 Euro because all single rooms were already booked. Hote manager said that it was a FAULT from Booking.com. I would like to reimburse the 25 Euro that we lost because the price of the booking was cleared stated at 75 Euro...and we ended up paying 100 Euro which is not fair. How can we sold this problem? In case of doubts please contact directly the Hotel manager and he will confirm that we paid 100 Euro and not 75 Euro as it was on the reservation.
