Wir hatten bei der Buchung leider einen Fehler gemacht und diesen tatsächlich erst bei der Anreise festgestellt. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns spontan noch geholfen. Trotz Bahnhof hinter dem Hotel ist es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauer und alles was man in der Preisklasse erwarten kann vorhanden.

Sehr netter junger Mann am Empfang Schöner heller Raum neues Hotel

Dies soll nicht kritisierend wirken: am re. Fenster in der Ecke unten lag ein benutzter Socken , ich denke dieser hatte sich im Vorhang verhangen …. Das Zimmer war tadellos sauber und ich habe sonst keine Beanstandung .
