部屋も清潔でアメニティも充実していた

普通のビジネスホテルなどとは異なるので部屋を退室する場合専用のエレベーターで下降し、一度料金を払わないと退出できない。（1階にお酒も貰いに行く場合もそう）予約サイトからだとその辺の説明が何もない。多分同じ事を何度も客に説明している状況。揉めてもおかしくない。予約サイトにも何かしらの掲載はするべきだと思う
