Our stay was simply magical and will remain one of our most beautiful travel memories. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and elegant atmosphere. The entire hotel staff deserves special praise: the reception team, housekeeping staff, waiters, and entertainment team were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Kaan, who was truly exceptional throughout our stay. He was always smiling, available, and very helpful, assisting us with every request with genuine care and kindness. His professionalism and positive attitude made our experience even more special, and we are deeply grateful to him. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms, hallways, and all facilities were perfectly maintained. You can truly feel the attention to detail and the commitment to guests’ comfort. The food was absolutely amazing. Every meal was different, varied, and delicious. The buffets were rich, refined, and prepared with great care. Every dining experience was a pleasure. As for the activities, there was an incredible variety for all ages. The entertainment programs were dynamic, fun, and created a wonderful atmosphere from morning until night. This hotel is simply a dream. Everything is there for a perfect vacation: comfort, quality, atmosphere, and above all, the kindness of the people working there. Gym is very old fashion and not very clean. Food also is very repetitive, only 1 restaurant was open and the menu was the same for the entire week. My kid is vegan and no options for her. Sauna is very small and the spa has a terrible smell in the haman area (smell sewers).
