La struttura non è recentissima ma comunque efficiente; i servizi offerti corrispondono alla descrizione. buona la colazione e prezioso il parcheggio. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e le gentilezza del personale sono punti di forza. colazione su terrazza con vista mare carina. Occhio che Portorose è tutta in collina con stradine ripide.

Nice budget stay for a couple of nights. Clean, quiet and practical. Not luxurious, but good enough for travelers who spend most of the day outside. Good water pressure in the shower. Good view from the balcony. Free parking. Okay breakfast for the price, minimalistic. Not very far from the beach, residence is located on a hill. Very friendly dog in the reception. AC is working great.

No liquid soap. Balcony platform very unstable and loud. Towels were rough. Electrical sockets not in good placement for smartphone charger. If you choose the 2 person bed it will be 2 single beds pushed together.
