"Geen 4 sterren!"

Mooie kamer, echter veel kleiner terras in het echt als op de weergegeven foto’s

Heel veel trappen! Zeker niet toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. Lift was 3 dagen stuk. Wat voor veel mensen niet haalbaar is omdat letterlijk alles met trappen is. Eten zwaar ondermaats. Voor een 4 sterren. Zeer beperkt buffet met weinig inhoud. Zelfs geen ijs als dessert. Weinig service . Na een paar dagen kregen we te horen dat we te veel uitgegeven hadden in het hotel en dat we eerst de rekening moesten komen betalen ??? Ging over €600. Dat waren ze niet gewend en dat was de limiet dat je mocht gebruiken om op je kamer te laten zetten. Deze info wel niet meegekregen bij de incheck. Koffers moet je zelf al die trappen opsleuren .. iets wat voor wat oudere mensen bijna onmogelijk is. Het ziet er allemaal mooier uit op foto! Toch wel echt teleurstellend hotel!

Mooie ruime kamer met terras en zicht op zee. Heel lekker eten!

Soms werkt de lift niet en dan heel veel trappen. De stoelen en zetels in het restaurant zitten niet gemakkelijk.

"Très bel endroit , un petit coin de paradis ."

Emplacement exceptionnel au bout de l’île et au calme , chambres sublimes et très propres (ménage fait tous les jours ), très jolie décoration de l’hôtel .

Peut être mettre des matelas sur les chaises longues pour plus de confort . Aménager un parking pour les voitures (meme si cela reste très nature et pour préserver le paysage ).

"Great hotel abs staff"

Excellent service, good food, very clean. Nicholas made our stay super easy and comfortable. He was there every time we needed help which was much appreciated.

Having to traipse up to the top pool for towels and being made to put a deposit down makes it feel more like two stars.

"Diseño y modernidad entre playa y pinares"

Sítio precioso, personal muy amable, aparcamiento fácil, desayuno estupendo; las habitaciones muy bien decoradas, bien equipadas, modernas y funcionales, con balcón amplio.

El checkin es anacrónico, tardaron 40’ y tuvimos que firmar 3 hojas impresas (!!) No funcionaba el frigo ni la cafetera de la habitación. Cosas de principio de temporada… La calle y algunas azoteas estorban un poco la vista a la preciosa ensenada. Calle medio en obras afea un poco lo idílico del lugar.

The staff were fantastic, always cheerful and providing excellent service. Special mention to Lucas, Juan Carlos (aka Tom Cruise for his fabulous cocktails) and Joanna (I think). A very relaxing location.
