Lovely staff Very clean Lovely pool and area Superb breakfasts

Not keen on that end of Portinatx……by muddy car park and opposite concrete building Sea view room wasn’t really a sea view room …… had to go to far end of balcony to see the sea…….manager addressed this problem very professionally when I reported I wasn’t happy, however.

Very warm welcome with attentive staff that went above and beyond for us. Hotel was clean and well laid out with a large spacious room with great facilities- very comfortable bed, coffee machine, both indoor and outdoor showers. Lovely view from the room and a fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of choice.

A destacar la amabilidad del personal, todos super amables y simpáticos. La habitación enorme y confortable. La situación del hotel fantástica, es un lugar tranquilo. El último día nos dejaron una habitación para ducharnos y es de agradecer. Es un hotel para recomendar.

El acceso a las habitaciones tiene unas vistas HORRIBLES al parking, basuras y tejados, al igual que las vistas desde el comedor del desayuno

The shower in our bedroom always flooded into the room. The phone did not connect to reception No English breakfast tea bags provided in the room

Hotel nicht direkt am Meer, wie beschrieben. Hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden, Parkplatz neben Hotel (öffentlich!) schmutzig, staubig und steinig ; dazu noch Schlaglöcher und steil. Dazu kommt, dass das Hotel ohne Mietwagen oder Taxi nur schwer erreichbar ist. Zimmerreinigung sollte optimiert werden, je nach durchführender Person ganz unterschiedliche Qualität. Dusche in schlechtem Zustand, WC-Türe schließt nicht mehr. (Raum A307)

Prachtig hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht. Oprecht vriendelijk personeel. We kregen bij aankomst automatisch een upgrade naar een junior suite. Tussentijds nog in de watten gelegd met een fles champagne en een lading fruit. Ze dienen een van de meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffetten die ik ken en er is zelfs een klein sportschooltje voor de actieveling. Kamers worden iedere dag netjes gemaakt en handdoeken vervangen.

In de junior suite zou je zelfs kunnen koken, alleen ontbreken de pannen en service. We hebben niet de moeite gedaan om dit te vragen omdat we met ontbijt hadden geboekt en iedere dag lekker uiteten zijn geweest. Let op: restaurantjes in Portinatx kunnen begin oktober hun deuren sluiten ivm einde seizoen.
