O Hotel está induzindo ao erro do cliente, eles colocam quarto duplo adulto, o correto seria quarto duplo casal, a cama é para casal, depois caso vc queira cancelar já era vc caiu na armadilha, atendente pergunta vc não viu às imagens, para cancelar vc vai ter que pagar a taxa, a todo momento ela nunca avisa que o quarto é para casal, uma falta de respeito!

De ter sido induzido ao erro, por nâo ter desconfiado que o barato sai caro, cuidado!
