I cuscini ed il materasso

La freddezza del personale al check in. La difficoltà a raggiungere l’hotel in auto e il parcheggio molto distante. C’erano delle chiusure stradali e del parcheggio sotto la struttura di cui non ci hanno informato. Ti mandano un poema prima dell’arrivo e non hanno nemmeno pensato di aggiornarlo con la chiusura del parcheggio e delle strade attigue all’hotel. Il disagio era evidente e non hanno fatto nulla per risolverlo. Non c’è un facchino/qualcuno che aiuti con le valigie. Sul pavimento ci sono le strisce che portano agli ascensori: sembra un ospedale, fa perdere tutta la bellezza di questo palazzo storico. In stanza c’è la Smart tv ma è praticamente inutile: non puoi vedere nemmeno YouTube, la usano solo come gigantesco menu dei servizi extra dell’hotel. L’HK si è scordata di inserire gli asciugamani quando hanno rifatto la stanza.

Great location and I have only downgraded my score as customer service was extremely poor .

Room 424 was lovely but there is a constant humming sound in it I think from some vent shaft behind the headboard. I rang reception to ask if they could investigate but they simply were not interested in even coming up to look and acted surprised ( I am sure they knew but denied and acted surprised) we had a terrible nights sleep which was a shame as it was a lovely room and hotel with perfect location and breakfast. In the morning when checking out once again I said about the issue even showing them a video but I was not surprised they were not interested. Whilst I am rather hacked off for spending £150 for the worst nights sleep I have had for years , just a simple apology would have been nice , I didn’t ask for a refund and I am sure will not get one . Very poor customer service that has let a hotel down
