Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. Lovely, spacious room with huge bathroom. Bathrobes & slippers & generous array of toiletries. Kettle & Nespresso machine with pods replenished daily. Water also provided. Breakfast was plentiful & they catered for my gluten free needs.

Construction work very close by, our room was very well double glazed which did mute it out.

Room was good , bed comfortable, good shower. Breakfast was good , great choice .

We passed the back entrance twice , no outward sign saying it was the hotel !

We chose the hotel for its perfect location in that part of Santander that we like for shops and restaurants. The Reception staff were great, helpful, reserved us the twin-bedded room that Booking.com said could not be guaranteed! The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices.

We had to ask Reception to have our room cleaned after two days, as the housekeeping staff didn't service our room. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was almost empty and at times during our stay, there were unpleasant sewage smells in the bathroom, which we assume came from the drains. The hall carpet on our third-floor corridor was in need of replacement, as it let down the historic ambience of the hotel.
