Wilson Carlile Centre

We liked the fact it was good value for money , the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them . The beds were comfortable and shower lovely and hot. The food in the cafe was good especially the pannini!

Tired and could do with a refurb

The place was well staffed and just about spotless... The location though a bit of a stretch from the centre and station was sei in a very buoyant part of the city and yet in a quiet location. Lots of parking available and a well stocked cafe and bar... Room clean and functional.

No TV in room and personally I feel that a cooked breakfast could be offered as well as 'continental' standard of produce excellent but no frills like cheese, ham and maybe fresh tomatoes etc....

It was very easy to help yourself to a buffet style breakfast with cereals, toast, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juice etc. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

There were four pillows on the bed, all were a bit old and were lumpy or flat. It was hard to get comfortable at night.

The property was immaculate, basic but very comfortable and clean and the room was lovely and warm despite it being a cold evening. The breakfast was very good, the staff were excellent, it’s close to restaurants and bars, a really good location with secure parking.

Everything was as described, good price, great staff, secure parking and close to town, and the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection.
