A decent sleeping option in Soc Trang, a bit out of the center though. Rooms are clean and spacious enough (at least for 1 pax), wi-fi works well. Not much of English in the reception, but renting a scooter is doable for 180k VND per day.

Distance to the city center, breakfast could be provided
